Who we are

Proctólogo en Tijuana, located at Hospital Angeles Tijuana, Paseo de los Héroes 10999-C, consultorio 307, Zona Río, 22010 Tijuana, B.C., is responsible for the personal data you provide, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect

• Identification and contact data: name, phone, email and city.
• Sensitive health data: the symptoms, history and studies you share with us for your medical care.

The website form asks only for what is needed to book. Please do not send test results or medical records through it.

How we use it

• To schedule and confirm your appointment and follow up with you.
• To create and keep your medical record, as required by Mexican standard NOM-004-SSA3-2012.
• To issue invoices when you request them.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

Who we share it with

Only with those involved in your care (hospital, laboratory, anesthesiology, pathology) or with authorities when the law requires it. Any other transfer requires your consent.

Retention

Medical records are kept for a minimum of five years from the last medical act, as the standard requires.

Your rights

You may access, correct or cancel your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent by writing to contacto@proctologoentijuana.com. Include your full name, the right you wish to exercise and a way to reach you. We will reply within 20 business days.

Website

This site does not use advertising cookies. The form includes technical measures against automated submissions that do not identify you personally.
